HID IronTag RFID tags mount to any metal surface which make them ideal for tracking metal components through assembly, operation, maintenance and repair. The extreme durability of the IronTag means it is resistant to water, chemicals, UV, flames, vibration, shock and temperature fluctuations.

In addition to its durability, the HID IronTag is also designed for performance, with reliable read-write capabilities from up to four metres, 869 or 915 MHz frequencies and 512 bit memory.
